Chase Gassett's "Race to Remission" Leukemia Journey:

I am asking all of you who vist my site to pray for my son and family. We were blindsided on Friday, March 31, 2006 with news that my 4 1/2 year old son Chase has been diagnosed with leukemia. We have since found out that he has the A.L.L. type which the better of two types to have. After one week of chemotherapy Chase's leukemia cells in his bone marrow went from 99% at his diagnosis to just 2.6 %. Chase was finally released from the hospital on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 after 13 days in the hospital.We knew he was acting a little different lately but never expected this. Needless to stay racing is thrown out the door and I will be at the track when my biggest fan Chase is cleared by doctors to be there routing me on.
